Computer glasses are made for long hours at a screen. They usually combine blue cut filtering with an anti-glare coating.
With or without a prescription
- If you need glasses already, we add the filter and coating to your prescription lenses.
- If you see well, you can ask us about plain (no power) screen lenses.
Tips for tired eyes
- Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
- Place your screen slightly below eye level.
- Blink often, and adjust screen brightness to match the room.
