Delivery and returns

How ordering works

You choose your frames on this website and check out. You can pay by cash on delivery, or by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before we prepare it.

Delivery

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. We deliver across Pakistan. Once your order is confirmed we message you on WhatsApp with the expected delivery time. You can also collect from our counter in Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi.

Prescription glasses

For prescription glasses we confirm your prescription and lens choice with you on WhatsApp before we make them. Not sure what your prescription means? Our Prescription Decoder explains the numbers.

Returns and exchanges

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive your order, with your order number and a photo. These are our terms:

  • Frame only: a frame bought on its own can be exchanged. You pay the delivery charges for the exchange.
  • Complete glasses (frame with lenses): glasses ordered with lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A prescription mistake on our side: if there is a problem with the lens power because of our mistake, we replace the lenses and pay the delivery charges.
  • Damage in delivery: if a frame is damaged by the courier, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We file a claim with the courier company, and returning the amount can take some time while the claim is settled.
